Processing Time

• Each couture item is made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production before shipping.

• Ready-to-ship items will be processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom orders may take longer depending on fabric availability. You will receive an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Domestic orders

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Additional fees apply

All shipments come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $250.

Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• RP Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our couture pieces, all sales are final. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
